His ability to analyze house prices (to make sure that his clients aren’t over paying or under selling) and his unique ability to rapidly strike up a rapport with the agent on the other side of the transaction make him your perfect ally; whether you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned real estate investor selling their 35th home.

Raymond Lee made his move from Great Britain as a teenager. Watched his mother work feverishly in the Southern California Real Estate market in the early 90’s. The work ethic she brought with her showed him how to survive in any market. He went on to receive his Bachelor of Science from San Jose State, with a minor in Business. After a four-year stint in the booming tech market; Raymond realized that Statement of Works and a cubicle were not for him.

He ventured in to the chaotic world of Home Mortgages for several years at the start of the Century. Here he honed his telemarketing skills, but soon realized that there were better avenues of acquiring new business; referrals. The only way to get referred is to make your clients your priority and ensure they know that there concerns are being heard. Over a decade ago, he decided to venture in to the world of Real Estate Sales; Raymond has not looked back since.
