Raymond Lee holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems from San Jose State. Raymond graduated cum laude and was awarded the Deans Scholar award for three years in a row. The study of Systems and how to increase efficiency was the primary focus of his degree. Upon graduating, Raymond took a position with Selectica Inc., as a Business Analyst. His job; to visit large tech companies such as Cisco, Rockwell Automation, HP and Palm and perform Data Requirement Gathering sessions. Documenting, defining and improving processes that would enable his Sales Engineers in their creation of Configuration tools.
It was whilst cutting his teeth at this start up that Raymond starting honing his problem-solving skills. Being thrown in to JAD sessions with a day or two to get familiar with the systems, processes and environments helped develop his cognitive and comprehension skills.
After several years as an Analyst working on Statement of Works; Raymond decided he wanted to get in to Sales. He started off as a Loan Agent, working through phone books, he slowly started building his first book of business. After three years of mortgage experience, Raymond decided to try and see if his customer-service oriented approach would work with the Real Estate side of things. It has been a passion ever since. Slowly building from a handful of clients to a client base of over 250 satisfied friends.
My father always told me “if you do something great for someone, they will tell three to four people. If you wrong someone, they will tell 100. That has become the underlying the philosophy of this company. It is this mentality that has enabled us to receive an “A-Rating” three years in a row from the Better Business Bureau.
